The CARES Late Stage Dementia Care Training Program tracks each participant’s progress as he or she advances through the program.

As the purchaser of CARES Late Stage, you will have access to an Administrative Tracking report with the following information:

Access to Administrative Tracking Report

To access the Administrative Tracking report, simply do the following:

1. Order CARES Late Stage for yourself or your organization.
2. Have staff members begin to use CARES Late Stage.
3. Log in to My Account with the User ID and Password you create when you purchase CARES Late Stage.
4. Click on the Administrative Tracking link.
5. View the report online, or print a hard copy of the report.
