Continuing Education for:
CARES® Dementia Basics & Advanced Care™

2011 Notice: During the fall of 2011, HealthCare Interactive, Inc. is being re-accredited for continuing education. As a result, the exam for your particular discipline may be temporarily unavailable. If you have any difficulties during the continuing education process, please e-mail us.

The CARES Dementia Basics & Advanced Care program is approved for 10.0 hours of continuing education (CE) credit and is available for:

• Social Workers
  
• Nurses
  
• Administrators
  

Instructions:

1. Purchase a 7-day individual license to CARES Dementia Basics & Advanced Care (unless you have access to this program through your employer).
   
2. Purchase a "CE Voucher" below.
   
3. Complete the CARES training (instructions will be e-mailed to you).
   
4. Go to www.hcinteractive.com/redeem, and enter the CE Voucher code that will be e-mailed to you.
   
5. Pass an online quiz (with at least 80% correct), and fill out the course evaluation.
   
6. Print out your continuing education certificate.

$70.00 per person ($7.00 per credit hour)

Important! If you do not have access to CARES through your employer, you must purchase an access code to CARES and a CE Voucher in order to receive continuing education credit for CARES Dementia Basics & Advanced Care.
