Hello again, and welcome to "Explore HCI." In this video, we'll be talking about the administrative tracking feature that's included in most of our online training programs.
With large sites and facilities as some of our main customers, we offer the administrative tracking option to any full-year and 30-day site licenses, as well as the 25-user site license. After activating your account, you'll be able to click on several options in the "Your Purchases" bar.
Under the Reports button, you can view all staff members who have logged time under your Product Key, sorted in alphabetical order. This option makes it easy to stay organized and manage your staff's training progress.
You'll also be able to manage and archive former employee records to reduce the amount of staff records listed in your admin tracking account.
And last but not least, as an administrator you can print certificates for employees who have finished all of the training modules. You'll see a print certificate option under each employee's name.
