What is the Savvy Caregiver DVD Program?
The Savvy Caregiver is one of the top three family caregiving programs recommended by the U.S. Administration on Aging/Administration on Community Living. This award-winning DVD program will help you create a better life for your loved one with memory loss or dementia while regaining control of your own life. You'll see real people sharing their caregiving concerns openly and honestly. You'll learn the basics about dementia, how dementia affects thinking skills, your new role as a "caregiver," and effective ways to respond to changes in the behavior.
Host Judy Dolloff, LCSW, a social worker from Centura Health in Denver, Colorado will guide you through this program. She has been coaching and supporting family caregivers for more than 20 years.

Each DVD is closed captioned in English (hearing impaired) and Spanish.
Who developed this DVD program?
The Savvy Caregiver DVDs were developed in conjunction with a team of experts including a national team of researchers from the University of Minnesota, Emory University, Duke University, and Michigan State University.
How much does the program cost?
The Savvy Caregiver 4-DVD set costs $69.95.
Optional homework activities and a follow-up online workbook are available for an additional $29.95. Both are recommended, but neither is required to get the full benefit of the Savvy Caregiver DVD program.
